OSPA is the steward for WSU’s system strategic plan.

The Office of Strategy, Planning, and Analysis (OSPA) leads strategic planning efforts at Washington State University. We coordinate throughout the WSU system to ensure the WSU system strategic plan is alive and implemented to reach our goals.

We promote awareness and understanding of the plan’s purpose and value, enhance implementation, and foster broad institutional involvement and ownership in the planning process to unify key efforts.
