We envision a WSU community where the strategic plan pulses with life and relevance, guiding our decisions and priorities. At OSPA we lead system-level strategic planning, and support planning and alignment across the university. Our roadmap to success starts here.

Our Journey
BEGINNINGS.
Rooted in a legacy of expertise, our journey began with our vice president leading strategic planning initiatives in her previous role as the president’s chief of staff. This visionary leadership evolved into a dedicated office to provide consistent focus to strategic planning at WSU.
GROWTH.
In July 2022, the Office of Institutional Research merged to become part of OSPA to better support data-informed decision-making at all levels of WSU. This necessary university role has since been restructured and expanded to better serve our modern university.
